California Fried Rice (Serves 4 to 6)
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 cup lean pork
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, diced
1 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
3 to 4 tablespoons soya sauce

Cooking
Instructions:
1) Cut pork into small cubes. Heat the salad oil. Add the meat
and brown over medium heat, stirring often. Add the onion
and green pepper, stir quickly together.
2) Cook the rice according to directions on package. Add to the
meat and vegetable mixtures. Mix together with fork.
3) Add the soya sauce and 2 cups of boiling water. Bring to a fast
boil, stir, cover pan and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is dry.
4) Serve with a small bowl of chopped green onions.
