  Parisian Rice (Serves 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 shallots, finely minced
  • Minced parsley to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Cooking Instructions:

    1) Cook the rice accordingly to package.

    2) Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the cooked rice, cottage cheese, sour cream, shallots, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir together with a fork. Cover.

    2) Cook over very low heat about 15 minutes or just enough to warm thoroughly, stirring once or twice during the cooking period.
