Parisian Rice (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 lbs. cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 shallots, finely minced
Minced parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking
Instructions:
1) Cook the rice accordingly to package.
2) Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the cooked rice, cottage cheese, sour cream,
shallots, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir together with a fork. Cover.
2) Cook over very low heat about 15 minutes or just enough to warm thoroughly,
stirring once or twice during the cooking period.
