Pineapple Rice Cream (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fruit sugar
1 cup well drained crushed pineapple
1 cup whipping cream

Cooking
Instructions:
1) Cook the rice accordingly to directions on package. Cool.
2) Mix together the cooled rice, sugar and crushed pineapple.
3) Whip the cream and fold into the rice. Pour into crystal dishand refrigerate until ready
to serve.
