Chicken Soup MacDonald (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon butter
1 large onion, diced
2 chicken legs uncooked
2 carrots, peeled and finely grated
3 fresh tomatoes
6 to 7 cups water
1/3 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking
Instructions:
1) Melt the butter in saucepan, add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
2) Remove the meat from the chicken legs, cut into long shreds and add to the onion,
sear for a few minutes over medium heat.
3)Add the carrots, tomatoes, water and rice. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 30
minutes. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
