  French Rice Salad (Serves 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup mild cheese, cubed
  • 12 radishes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons walnut, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, minced

    Cooking Instructions:

    1) Cook the rice accordingly to directions on package. Cool.

    2) Add to the cooled rice, the salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly with two forks. Let stand one hour at room temperature, before serving.

    3)Add the other ingredients, blend, taste for seasoning and serve in nest of lettuce.
