Roast Beef Casserole (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked Dainty Rice
1/2 cup beef drippings or butter
1 1/2 to 2 cups diced cooked beef
1 cup diced celery or mushrooms
1 large onion, diced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
Salt to taste

Cooking
Instructions:
1) Cook the rice according to directions on package. Pour into a
1 1/2 quart casserole.
2) Melt the drippings or butter in a heavy frying pan. Add beef,
onion and celery or mushrooms. Cook and stir over medium
heat, until the onions are limp. Season to taste and pour over
the rice.
3) Mix the soup and milk and pour over rice and meat. Make 20
minutes in a 375 F. oven.
