Mushroom Rice (6 servings)
Ingredients:
3 cups hot cooked Dainty rice (cooked in chicken broth)
1 can (4ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup cooked green peas
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Combine rice, mushroom, peas, butter, seasoning, and pimiento. Heat until vegetables
are hot, about 3 to 4 minutes. Toss lightly.
