Sesame Rice (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
3 cups of cooked Dainty rice(cooked in chicken broth for more taste)
1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
Cook onions and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender.
Stir in rice, tomato, green onions and parsley; heat thoroughly. Garnish with
Sesame seeds. Make a perfect rice side dish.
