  Sesame Rice (Serves 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
  • 3 cups of cooked Dainty rice(cooked in chicken broth for more taste)
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

    Instructions:

    Cook onions and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in rice, tomato, green onions and parsley; heat thoroughly. Garnish with Sesame seeds. Make a perfect rice side dish.
