  Rice-Milanese

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds flank steak
  • 3 cups roasted red pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2cups fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups cooked Dainty rice
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs

    Instructions:

    Butterfly steak; pound until thin; season with salt and pepper. Combine red pepper, cheese, basil, broth oil and garlic. Set aside. Add mixture to flank steak. Roll up and tie steak. Bake at 375 F. 50 to 60 minutes.
